Asides the refreshing, minty scent, when inhaled, spearmint has a calming and relaxing effect. Spearmint oil contains menthol which is refreshing for the skin as it creates a cooling sensation. Eucalyptus is great for combating stress and soothes the body, eases sore muscles and joint pain.
